"I have to say that I had a very nice experience working with Mr Jake Beavers from State Farm. He was very reliable consistent and very knowledgeable with any question I asked him. He made me feel at ease. He is also a very proud of the company that he works for and to me that stands for a lot. He wasn't reading a script or remembering a script when he talked to me he talked to me one on one like a person not as if I was just another number at the other end of the phone. "They made a very large mistake that cost me a lot of money. If agents cannot thoroughly explain their policies, they should not be working there. Will never recommend them. Editing in regards to response from the business: my renewal is not in November, it's in January. If you truly looked into my file, this should be known. This alone shows me that this business is not organized and is not quoting proper information, which is likely resulting in improper payments and quotes. I'm sure the call on 9/24 with Lauren Bailey was recorded. Please listen to that call so you can hear the conversation for yourself. Feel free to call me if you'd like to discuss."
