I can’t say enough good things about Rosie Reyes at this agency. She was an absolute lifesaver after I experienced significant water damage to my home. From the very beginning, Rosie walked me through every step of the claims process with patience, clarity, and genuine care. She took it upon herself to contact the adjusters and push things forward as quickly as possible, which made a stressful situation far more manageable. Rosie went out of her way to review not only my insurance documents but also my HOA documents to make sure I had a full understanding of my coverage and next steps. She even offered to let the adjuster into my home while I was out of town over the weekend—despite the fact that she doesn’t normally work weekends. Luckily I didn't need her to do that, but that kind of customer service is incredibly rare. Rosie truly went above and beyond in every way, and I’m extremely grateful for her support throughout the process. State Farm is lucky to have her, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her to anyone.
